Cold Sore Tips and Facts
If you have a cold sore you can rest assured that it is not uncommon. Actually, millions of people get cold sores each year so don't fret too much if you do get one. Although cold sores and herpes are caused by the same kind of virus, this doesn't mean you have an STD. Although there isn't a cure for this virus that causes herpes and cold sores, you can feel easier in the knowledge that there isn't a cure for the common cold yet either.

The scab will disappear eventually. The entire process may take about ten days. A cold sore will go away by itself, but you can assist the process by using certain .

Cold sores could disappear at a greater rate of knots if you use lip balm, aloe vera gels, or if you swallowvitamin C supplements.
